\n4,5 dl hvetemel
\n2 ts vaniljesukker
\n2 ts bakepulver
\n1\/2 ts natron
\n1,5 dl lettr\u00f8mme
\n150 g sm\u00f8r<\/p>\n

Pisk egg og sukker godt sammen. Bland mel med de t\u00f8rre ingredienser. Ha i mel og lettr\u00f8mme vekselvis, bland til slutt i smeltet sm\u00f8r
\nha i 20×25 liten langpanne stek p\u00e5 175* ca 20-30 minutter (sjekk med kaken\u00e5l)<\/p>\n

1 dl sukker
\n1 dl lys sirup
\n1 dl fl\u00f8te
\n100 g sm\u00f8r
\n1\/2 ts vanillapaste\/1 ts vaniljesukker<\/p>\n

Ha sukker, sirup og fl\u00f8te i en liten kaserolle, kok ca 10 minutter.
\nHa i kaldt sm\u00f8r i terninger, r\u00f8r inn litt og litt, ha til slutt i vanilje.
\nLa kaken avkj\u00f8le litt f\u00f8r du heller over. Snu gjerne kaken opp ned.<\/p>\n

Pean\u00f8tter (ca to never)<\/p>\n

Dryss over pean\u00f8tter<\/p>\n

100 g lys kokesjokolade
\n0,5 dl fl\u00f8te<\/p>\n

Varm opp fl\u00f8ten til kokepunktet og hell over hakket sjokolade.
\nLa st\u00e5 noen minutter, r\u00f8r sammen til en glatt ganache.
\nHell over n\u00e5r den har kj\u00f8lt seg litt.<\/p>\n
