1,5 dl hvetemel
\n1,25 dl mandelmel
\n100 g sukker
\n1\/2 ts natron
\n1 stort egg
\n1\/2 ts vaniljeekstrakt (kan sl\u00f8yfes)
\nSkall av 1\/2-1 sitron, kun det gule, finrevet<\/em><\/strong>
\nEller<\/em><\/strong>
\n1-2 ts finrevet ingef\u00e6r<\/em><\/strong>
\n25 g sm\u00f8r, smeltet
\n50 g mandler, ristet i t\u00f8rr stekepanne<\/p>\n

Bland sammen i en sk\u00e5l.
\nMandlene i til slutt. Mandlene kan gjerne deles i to eller tre biter, eller has i hele.
\nJeg gjorde forskjellig fra hver gang. Like greit begge deler.<\/p>\n

Form en p\u00f8lse p\u00e5 bakepapir, klatt utover.

\nTa ut, avkj\u00f8l 20 min.
\nF\u00f8r over p\u00e5 skj\u00e6rebrett, skj\u00e6r p\u00e5 skr\u00e5 med en skarp kniv.
\nLegg bitene med skj\u00e6rflaten opp tilbake p\u00e5 bakepapiret<\/p>\n

Senk temperaturen til 120*
\nT\u00f8rk biscottiene 20 min p\u00e5 hver side.
\nAvkj\u00f8l helt p\u00e5 rist.
