10-15 plommer (mine var sm\u00e5)
\n2 gode ss brunt sukker (eller hvitt om du \u00f8nsker)
\n1 ts potetmel
\n50 g mykt sm\u00f8r
\n1 dl hvetemel
\n1 dl havregryn
\n1 dl hakkede mandler
\n1\/2 ts stjerneanis (kan sl\u00f8yfes)
\n1\/2 ts kanel (kan sl\u00f8yfes)<\/h2>\n

Skj\u00e6r plommene i kvart`er og ta ut steinen.
\nSm\u00f8r en liten ildfast form med sm\u00f8r.
\nLegg i plommene og 1ss av sukkeret + potetmelet. Bland.<\/p>\n

R\u00f8r sammen resten av ingrediensene (ogs\u00e5 den siste ss sukker)
\nbruk gjerne en h\u00e5nd til dette.
\n(Jeg bruker engangshasker. Enkelt og smertefritt!)
\nEller bruk en sleiv\/maskin<\/p>\n

Str\u00f8\/klatt over plommene og str\u00f8 hakkede mandler p\u00e5 toppen.
